Nostalgia
After reading a post from 4 months ago, I realize I’ve achieved what I’ve been yearning for, that salary job & car I’ve always wanted! Wow, amazing. But it sucks that you always want more than what you have. However, I can say that if I died tomorrow, that I’m truly happy & blessed with a wonderful family, friends, & last but not least great boyfriend. I’m so excited for his finals to be over with & to spend some QT w/ him .^_^. Now onto the next chapter in life, sjsu grad school, MBA program, or fashion school!? Leaning towards counseling for the benefits I could make to society & being in SJ just makes all the sense in the world right now. Good night.
Conclusion
So what I learned from all of this is that life is never perfect no matter how much u try to make it that way. Things happen & I feel this experience Foreal gave me a wake up call and I can I say I am more mature about driving now. I took driving kinda lightly and now I know that I can’t let distractions happen anymore or else something worse could happen this time.
2010
This year sure brought me a lot of tears, happiness, & experiences that helped me grow & develop. From my grandma’s passing to my first traffic violations, & then my first accident yesterday out of stupidity. I’m just waiting for what 2011 has in store for me. I’m sure I’m going to finally get what I’ve yearned for, a real salary job & career. And maybe I’ll be able to get a car that I’ve dreamed for…I’m so excited! Things can really go up from here. It’s true what they say, “Once you gain something, often times leads Tia loss.” My mom got a new job after finding out she’s getting laid off in Jan. That same day, I practically lost my car. What I’ve learned from all these bad & good experiences is that we need to go through them in order to learn & grow. Yup.
